Ecommerce infrastructure for India's next wave of D2C brands.

We build the platform layer underneath your storefront — so you can launch branded shops, run real revenue operations, and scale across many brands without rebuilding checkout, fighting COD, or stitching five tools together.

01 — mission

Ship branded storefronts at platform speed — without freezing product.

India's D2C market is the next billion-rupee opportunity — but the tooling didn't keep up. Global platforms are too rigid and priced for North American checkouts. Local plugins are fragmented and fragile. Operators end up running on five vendors and praying nothing breaks at 2 AM during a campaign push.

Our mission is to make multi-tenant ecommerce infrastructure accessible to every operator in India. That means India-native payments and shipping, WhatsApp-first retention, and tenant-isolated data — wired in, not bolted on. So an operator can take a brand from idea to live storefront in under 24 hours and grow it into a multi-brand business on the same platform.

02 — goals

What we're measured on.

Not feature checklists — three outcomes that decide whether an Indian D2C operator wins or quietly bleeds money.

Goal 01 / 01

Launch in under 24 hours, not 4–6 weeks

Pick a template, plug in Razorpay + COD + WhatsApp, ship. The fastest path from signup to a real Indian storefront — no agency, no developer.

Goal 02 / 02

Stop margin leaking on every shipment

COD OTP + risk scoring on every order. Native WhatsApp recovery for abandoned carts. The two biggest revenue leaks in Indian D2C, fixed at the platform layer.

Goal 03 / 03

Multi-tenant from day one — built to scale to many brands

Tenancy lives in the data model and every guard. The same isolation a Series-B brand needs is what every Starter store gets.

03 — proof

Outcomes pilot stores already see.

These are sample outcomes from pilot brands shipping on aimonk today. They're what the goals translate to in practice — and what we expect every operator on the platform to be able to point to within a quarter of going live.

04 — who we're for

Built for Indian D2C operators. By Indian operators.

Pre-launch founders

You have a brand and a few SKUs. You need a real store live this week — not a Shopify rebuild project.

Live D2C operators

You're shipping orders today on a stitched stack. You want one platform that already knows how India pays, ships, and chats.

Multi-brand & enterprise

You run several brands or a portfolio. You need real tenant isolation, SSO, audit logging, and a roadmap that respects scale.

05 — beliefs

Six things we won't compromise on.

01

India-native

UPI, COD, WhatsApp, Razorpay, Shiprocket. Not adapters bolted on later — first-class primitives in the platform contract.

02

Operator-first

Built for the people running ops, not only for developers. Click-through admin, plain-English errors, no jargon.

03

Speed is a feature

Sub-second TTFB across India. Search at 60ms. Admin pages that don't spin. Performance is a product decision, not a backlog item.

04

Isolation by default

Every query is tenant-scoped at the data layer. Auditability is baked in, not bolted on. Tenant data never leaks across brands.

05

Multi-tenant DNA

Tenancy lives in the data model and every guard. Not a feature flag we flip later — the foundation we built on.

06

Open infrastructure

Headless APIs and webhooks so partners can build on us. We're infrastructure, not a walled garden.

06 — platform evolution

How we got here. Where we're going.
