Terms of Service

By accessing aimonk.io (the “Site”) or signing up for the AiMonk platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aimonk.io of any unauthorised access.

You may not use the Service to (a) violate any law, (b) distribute malware or illegal content, (c) impersonate others, (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the platform beyond documented APIs, or (e) disrupt or overload our infrastructure.

If you use AiMonk to sell goods, you are solely responsible for your listings, pricing, tax compliance (including GST), shipping, refunds, and customer communications. AiMonk is the technology provider; the merchant is the seller of record.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Refer to the pricing page for current rates.

The Site, Service, and all related trademarks are owned by AiMonk. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it solely as needed to provide the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, you may export your data for up to 30 days, after which we may delete it.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under Indian law remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiMonk's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
