Privacy Policy

Last updated April 18, 2026. This policy explains what personal data AiMonk collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who we are

AiMonk (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the AiMonk ecommerce platform. For any privacy query, write to us at privacy@aimonk.io.

2. What we collect

Information you provide. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email, company (optional), interest selection, and the message you send.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard server access data (IP address, user agent, request time, referrer) for security and abuse prevention. We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics on this marketing site at present.

3. Why we collect it

  • To reply to your sales and support enquiries.
  • To keep the site secure - detecting and blocking abuse, scraping, and automated spam.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations under Indian law.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Where you are in a jurisdiction that requires a specific lawful basis (e.g. EU/UK), that basis is consent or legitimate interest respectively.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (hosting, transactional email) under written confidentiality terms. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless we need them to fulfil a legal obligation.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aimonk.io.

8. Security

Data in transit is protected with TLS. Access to stored data is limited to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Grievance officer

In accordance with the IT Rules 2011 and the DPDP Act, our grievance officer can be reached at grievance@aimonk.io. We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
